We are looking forward to celebrating Grandparents’ Day at Legacy this week! We will open our front doors at 7:30 AM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to welcome our special guests.
⏰ Again, Grandparents’ Day takes place before school begins, so please plan to arrive early enough to enjoy breakfast and the Book Fair with your Legacy Bear.
📚 Our Book Fair will also be open, so grandparents will have the opportunity to shop with their grandchild if they choose!
🚗 Our Belle Rose gate will open at 8:00 AM as usual on these days. Please keep this in mind when making your arrival plans.
🚗 IMPORTANT REMINDER:
To help everything run smoothly, we ask that grandparents come to school WITH their grandchild on the morning they are attending breakfast. This will help us avoid having to locate students and grandparents once everyone arrives.
To help with crowding in the Book Fair, we also ask that you follow this schedule:
💛 Wednesday
📚 Kindergarten and Siblings can choose to shop or have breakfast first.
💙 Thursday
📚 1st Grade: Shop at the Book Fair FIRST, then eat breakfast.
🥞 2nd Grade: Eat breakfast FIRST, then shop at the Book Fair.
💛 Friday
📚 3rd Grade: Shop at the Book Fair FIRST, then eat breakfast.
🥞 4th Grade: Eat breakfast FIRST, then visit the Book Fair.
We can’t wait to see our Legacy Bears and their grandparents and celebrate these special people who mean so much to our families! 🐻💙💛
